Course Introducing Computers
Duration Half a Day (3 hours)
Overview

This course is designed for the complete newcomer to computers and aims to explain basic computer terminology and concepts in plain English. The course starts with switching on the PC, introducing the keyboard and mouse and goes on to provide a brief explanation of Windows and how to save and print a document using Microsoft Word.

At the end of the course the student will be able to switch on a computer, use the mouse, load programs and have an understanding of how computers are used in the workplace.
