Quick Access Toolbar - Office 2007 |
Microsoft® Office 2007 has a great new interface. The menus and toolbars are replaced by the Ribbon which makes commands more readily available and commands are now organised by how they are used. But, and there's always a 'but' (unfortunately) it can be frustrating when you have to keep changing from one Tab to another to find a frequently used command. Microsoft® have thought of this by providing the Quick Access Toolbar at the very top left hand corner of the screen - right next to the Microsoft Office button. |

Moving the Quick Access Toolbar
You may find that sitting next to the Microsoft Office button. the Quick Access Toolbar is just too far away from your workspace The Quick Access Toolbar can go above or below the Ribbon. To move the Quick Access Toolbar choose the last button on the Quick Access Toolbar 'Customise Quick Access Toolbar' and choose 'Show Below the Ribbon' to move the toolbar below the Ribbon. |
