PowerPoints AutoContent Wizard is just great if you want to create a presentation quickly and have minimal time and knowledge of PowerPoint. |

Using the wizard
|
Load PowerPoint and at the opening screen choose AutoContent Wizard, or choose File, New and then choose AutoContent Wizard from the available templates. Work slowly through the dialog boxes choosing firstly the type of presentation, i.e. Business Plan, Training etc. Then choose the output type, which is normally an onscreen presentation. Input details for the presentation title and click Finish and PowerPoint will create the presentation on the screen. You can now change and manipulate this presentation in any way you want to. | |||||||||||||||||

Tip
|
If you are using PowerPoint 97 or earlier you will be placed into Outline view when the AutoContent Wizard finishes running. You will probably find it easier to use the View menu to change to Slide View to work with the presentation.
