Hints & Tips - June 2002

The following PowerPoint hints and tips will help you control an on-screen presentation.

Pause the show and blank the screen

Type "B", to pause the show and black the screen. Type "B" again to unblack the screen.

Type "W" to pause the show and white the screen. Type "W" again to unwhite the screen.

Go to a slide

Type the number of the slide and press Enter.

To move to the next slide: Left click, space, N, right or down arrow, enter, or page down.

To return to the previous slide: Backspace, P, left or up arrow, or page up.

To end the show

Esc or "-"

Stop/Restart automatic show

S or "+"
