Copying Formulae down a column

A quick easy way to copy a formula down a column is to double click the Fill Handle at the bottom right hand corner of the cell. To do this:

Click on the cell that contains the formula, this will make the cell active. Place the mouse over the small black box at the bottom right hand corner of this cell. When the mouse changes to a heavy black "plus sign" the fill handle is active. Double click.

The formula will be copied down the column until Excel finds an empty cell.

Placing your Company Logo on every slide

By placing your Company logo on the Slide Master it will automatically appear on every slide in your presentation. To do this:

Make sure you are in Slide View, and from the View menu choose Master, and then choose Slide Master. Insert your Company logo onto the slide master, making sure that you don't accidentally move any of the text placeholders. When you have sized and positioned the logo return to Slide View by choosing Slide View from the View Menu.

Any object placed on the Slide Master automatically appears on every slide in your presentation.
